Chef/Coordinator in a Community Hub

The Angel Centre is looking for a cook to work at the heart of our healthy living centre running our Cafe.

Serving a fresh, tasty and healthy menu to people from all walks of life, you will be enthusiastic and energetic.

This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment that is different, forward thinking and full of exciting opportunities.

We are open to speaking to people from different levels of experience as long as you have your food hygiene qualification and are energetic.

This is a 30 hour a week position initially (some additional hours available) and would suit a seasoned cook or a recent graduate.

Sessional Tutors Required in Salford

Part time/sessional Competitive Hourly Rates

We have several vacancies for sessional teachers to teach adults across a variety of subjects. If you have a passion for your subject and want to share it with others, working at Social adVentures leading on courses as a sessional tutor can be a rewarding and interesting experience. We are currently looking for Sessional Tutors to teach:

  • Cookery
  • Functional Maths
  • Functional English
  • IT
  • Employability
  • Languages

As an organisation offering a wide range of adult courses, we need tutors who can inspire others in an informative and engaging way. What we need from you:

  • Thrive on the success of others, hold relevant professional qualifications(EATs/PTLLS preferred) and have expertise in your subject area
  • A commitment to providing excellent learning opportunities for your students
  • Experience of teaching adults is desirable but not essential
  • Be able to work between 2-10 hours per week.
